VENUE: Park Hall Community Centre (also called Pakistan Community Centre)
London Rd
Reading
RG1 3PA
1) From Reading Town Centre (driving or walking)
Leave Reading town centre along Kings Rd (past College) direction M4. When you get to Cemetery Junction get into the left hand lane and bear left where the road forks (ie at the junction the Co-op will be on your left and the cemetery (with a stone archway at the entrance) is ahead/on your right hand side). You are now in London Road (A4) and will drive past the cemetery on your RHS. The first turning on the right is called St Bartholomews Road ie the turning is just after the cemetery and just before you come to Palmer Park. You will see St Bartholomews Church on the corner, and the hall is next to it (on London Road).
PARKING
To get to the car park, turn right into St Bartholomews Road and then first left into Haywood Close. Just as this road bends, you will see the car park on the left with a sign saying 'Pakistan Community Centre and EURAPA Parking'.
2) From the M4/Bracknell side on the A329M
Exit M4 Junction 10 joining the A329 direction Reading. Leave the A329M signed “Royal Berks Hospital Accidents & Emergency, Reading East”. At the roundabout take the first exit left into London Road (A4) and under the railway bridge. You will pass Palmer Park and the Pakistan Community Centre on your left. It is set back from the road and is just before St Bartholomews Church (which is on the corner of London Road and St Bartholomews Road).
PARKING
Take the 1st turning on your left (into St Bartholomews Road) and then turn first left off St Bartholomews Road into Haywood Close. Just as this road bends, you will see the car park on the left with a sign saying 'Pakistan Community centre and EURAPA parking'.
