This is a wonderful arts center which provides a different room for each class. We dance in the athmospheric CELLAR BAR after classes, which has a nice jazz club feel.
Parking: South Hill Park has its own FREE car park

Dancing: 9:30-11:30
Cost:
£ 7 (£5 concs) for one class
£10 (£8 concs) for two classes (e.g. Absolute Beginners followed by Pre-Beginners)
Dancing is free.

Generally not a good idea to do both Levels 1 and 2 on your first night (unless you feel VERY confident in the Absolute Beginners!) |

In the Cellar Room (next to Cellar Bar) Don't move to the Beginners class until you feel REALLY comfortable dancing the basic steps. For most people this means spending AT LEAST 1 month in Levels 1 &2. For most people, the longer you spend learning the basics, the better dancer you end up being. |
